Our community association have annual budgets, financial statements, and audit reports. These documents can be requested from management.
Our association typically holds regular meetings between the team that provides access to financial documents, and may discuss annual reports detailing income, expenses, and budget forecasts.
Residents can propose projects during community meetings, through written proposals, or by contacting the board members directly. The board members will evaluate proposals based on feasibility and community benefit.
